What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancel with no charges, consequences, or hard feelings MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Cancellations within 24 hours of a job will be charged at full rate unless a discount rate is otherwise negotiated.

Do you rent equipment?

We are not a rental house. We have offices, equipment, and post services in NYC and Boston but they are not proper retail facilities designed for walk-in customers. Our gear is built mobile into Sprinter vans and we work in various studios and locations daily. Generally speaking we send an operator or technician with our gear but if you have references, sticky icky, or you are a FOE- Friend of Ethan, you might be able to work something out.
